By accessing or using DiamondDate ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1.1 Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to use DiamondDate.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Each user may maintain only one account.
• Accounts are subject to admin approval before activation.

1.2 Account Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify admin immediately at diamonddate@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.

1.3 Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake or misleading profiles.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
• Posting explicit, obscene, or violent content in public areas.
• Soliciting money, gifts, or financial favors from other users.
• Using the Platform for any illegal activity or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans.

1.4 Termination

DiamondDate reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary by admin. Terminated users forfeit any unused credits or pending earnings.

1.5 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." DiamondDate makes no guarantees regarding matches, responses, or the quality of interactions. We do not verify the accuracy of user-provided information beyond what is submitted during registration.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

DiamondDate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or financial loss beyond the amount paid for credits.

1.7 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

1.8 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notice.

2. Privacy Policy

DiamondDate respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

2.1 Information We Collect

• Registration data: name, email, phone number, age, gender, city, region.
• Profile information: photos, bio, payment details (for ladies).
• Location data: approximate latitude/longitude from your browser for distance-based discovery.
• Usage data: messages, posts, likes, comments, credit purchases, and chat history.
• Device data: browser type, device type, IP address (collected by Firebase).

2.2 How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To facilitate matching, messaging, and discovery features.
• To calculate distance between users for profile display.
• To process credit purchases and lady payouts.
• To send notifications about likes, comments, and messages.
• To communicate with you about account status, approvals, and policy updates.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.

2.3 Information Sharing

• Other users: Your profile name, age, city, region, photo, and bio are visible to other users. Messages are visible to the conversation participants.
• Service providers: We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and hosting. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed by Firebase.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

2.4 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days. Chat history and transaction records may be retained longer for legal and operational purposes.

2.5 Your Rights

• Access: You can view your data through your profile and settings.
• Correction: You can edit your profile information at any time.
• Deletion: Contact diamonddate@gmail.com to request account deletion.
• Opt-out: You can disable browser location at any time (some features may be limited).

2.6 Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and Firestore security rules. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

2.7 Third-Party Services

PayPal handles payment processing. Your payment details are not stored by DiamondDate. Video links may be hosted on YouTube, Google Drive, or other third-party platforms subject to their own privacy policies.

3. Community Guidelines

DiamondDate is a premium dating platform designed for respectful, genuine connections. All users must follow these guidelines to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

3.1 Be Authentic

• Use your real name and recent photos.
• Provide accurate information about your age, location, and interests.
• Do not impersonate others or create fake accounts.

3.2 Be Respectful

• Treat all users with dignity and respect.
• No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks.
• No unsolicited explicit or sexual content in public posts or initial messages.
• Respect boundaries — if someone says no, accept it gracefully.

3.3 Be Safe

• Never share financial information or send money to other users.
• Report suspicious behavior to diamonddate@gmail.com immediately.
• Meet in public places for first dates and tell a friend where you'll be.
• Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, it probably is.

3.4 No Solicitation

• Do not use DiamondDate to advertise products, services, or other websites.
• Do not solicit money, gifts, or financial arrangements.
• Do not use the platform to direct users to other dating sites or platforms.

3.5 Content Standards

• Profile photos must be clear, appropriate, and show your face.
• No nudity, sexually explicit content, or violent imagery in profile photos or posts.
• No copyrighted material you do not own.
• No spam, repetitive messages, or automated posting.

3.6 Reporting Violations

To report a user or content that violates these guidelines, email diamonddate@gmail.com with details (screenshots, usernames, timestamps). All reports are reviewed by admin.

3.7 Consequences

Violations may result in:

• Warning notification
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Forfeiture of credits and/or unpaid earnings
• Reporting to relevant authorities if illegal activity is involved

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

4.1 Credits Are Non-Refundable

All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account and used (including free messages), no refunds will be issued.

4.2 Unused Credits

Unused credits may be refunded at the sole discretion of the admin on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted via email to diamonddate@gmail.com with the transaction ID and reason for the request.

4.3 Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violation of our Terms or Community Guidelines, any unused credits and unpaid earnings are forfeited. No compensation will be provided.

4.4 Dispute Resolution

Payment disputes (e.g., unauthorized PayPal transactions) should be directed to PayPal's dispute resolution center. DiamondDate will cooperate with PayPal's investigation as needed.

4.5 How to Request a Refund

Email diamonddate@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request" and include your registered email, transaction ID, amount paid, and reason. We will respond within 5 business days.

5. Fraud Reporting

Fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity should be reported immediately to:

• The username(s) involved
• Description of the suspicious activity
• Screenshots or evidence (if available)
• Date and time of the incident

All reports are reviewed confidentially by admin. Your identity will be protected.
